Diagnostic study
Types of studies:
• fibrogastroduodenoscopy - a study of the esophagus, the stomach and duodenum using an endoscope;
• duodenal intubation - a diagnostic method used in case of liver and biliary tract diseases, which is an aspiration (suction)of bile through the probe that was introducted into the duodenum;
• рsigmoidoscopy - visual inspection of the rectal mucosa with rectoromanoscope with a possibility to biopsy suspicious areas.
