A variety of diagnostic studies and medical procedures are available in the immunity clinic HTI. It allows to organize the whole treatment cycle of our Patients regardless of the complexity and stage of disease. Treatment

Apart from traditional medicamentary methods of treatment of the said diseases the newest technological developments are used that incorporate use of antiviral, antibacterial, immunomodulatory means and also laser therapy. Particularity of the laser method that is used in the clinic lies in the increase of local and general immunity.

Radio wave therapy
Surgitron – radiowave surgery unit. The use of radiosurgical techniques (such as «Surgitron») allows for cuts of any shape and a given depth, even in a particular layer of tissue. This methodology allows removing exophytic skin and mucous formation without suturing and the use of optical zoom. When performing the removal or biopsy of soft tissue tumors hemorrhagic and septic complications are not observed. Has several advantages over diathermocoagulation (cauterodyne). The duration of epithelialization while using radiosurgical method is 2-2.5 times higher than for patients after electrocoagulation. The application of cauterodyne causes distinct thermal damage of the tissues and formation of the zones of burns of the 2-3 degrees of severity with a characteristic gradual formation of a demarcation line that separates the viable and necrotic tissue.


Instrumental diagnostics of internal organs:

Ultrasonography (USG)
It is a study of internal organs using ultrasound waves. It allows to safely get data on the presence of pathological changes in the body, define their character, stage and state that, in turn, helps to identify the disease. Our ultrasound machines can examine the internal environment by using different techniques (Doppler echocardiography, contrast-enhanced ultrasound), including the use of intravaginal probe in gynecologic diagnosis.

Fibrogastroduodenoscopy
This is a study of the esophagus, the stomach and duodenum with the use of an endoscope. It allows to detect internal lesions of the digestive tract and other pathological processes in case of gastrointestinal diseases. The atmosphere in a study that is specially equipped for this and experience of our gastroenterologist make this procedure less unpleasant.

Duodenal intubation
This diagnostic method is used in case of liver and biliary tract diseases. It also has medicinal properties as it cleans the gall bladder of stagnant bile. In processing, duodenal intubation is similar to fibrogastroduodenoscopy (it involves swallowing the probe), but in fact these are different examinations. Here a probe of another kind is used(probe of Levin), which delivers safe stimulus to the gallbladder, stimulating its contraction and relaxation of the bile duct valve.

Cystourethroscopy
Cystourethroscopy– a complete examination of the bladder and urethra (urethra) from the inside with the help of cystoscope, which allows to obtain visual information about the state of the mucous membranes and internal anatomy of the lower genital tract. It is used for the diagnosis of tumors and inflammation of the bladder and urethra, and other pathologies.

Electrocardiography (ECG)
Electrocardiography is a valuable method of instrumental diagnostics in cardiology. With the use of ECG the electric fields produced by the heart are recorded and investigated . The resulting ECG provides sufficient information about the condition of the heart, myocardial injury, intracardiac conductivity, defections in metabolism of electrolytes (potassium, calcium, magnesium) in cardiac and extracardiac pathologies.

Colposcopy
Colposcopy – a diagnostic examination of the vagina and vaginal walls with the use of a special instrument (colposcope). This method involves the use of different tests for examination of the mucous membrane of the cervix. The main tasks are identifying lesions, analysing the general condition of the mucous of the cervix and vagina, providing distinction between benign and malignant tumors, obtaining smears and biopsies for laboratory research.
